Connect Facebook Lead Ads (Beta)

Until then, this friendly 7-step guide gets your leads flowing in about 2 minutes using Zapier as a bridge. When the one-click upgrade ships, we'll email you — you won't need to redo anything.

- A free Zapier account (paid tiers work too)
- Admin access to your Facebook Ads account
- At least one active Lead Ads Instant Form
Step by step

Copy your private lead link
Open the Facebook connection dialog in Agent Lead Exchange and click Copy on your private lead link. This is the address Zapier will send your new leads to.

Open Zapier in a new tab
Click the big 'Open Zapier' button in the dialog. Sign in or sign up — the free tier is enough and no credit card is needed.

Connect your Facebook Page
In Zapier, pick Facebook Lead Ads as the trigger. Sign into Facebook when prompted, then choose the Page and the specific Lead Form you want new leads from.
Note: You must be an admin on the Facebook Page for it to show up.

Paste your link into Zapier
For the action step, choose 'Webhooks by Zapier' and pick POST. Paste the link you copied in Step 1 into the URL box. Set Payload Type to JSON.
Note: Zapier's screens change occasionally — labels may look a little different.

Map your lead fields
In the Data section, tell Zapier which Facebook field goes into which of our names: Full Name → full_name, Email → email, Phone → phone, City → city, State → state. Skip any you don't collect.

Turn your Zap on
Click Publish (or the on/off toggle) in Zapier. Your Zap is now live and will fire on every new Facebook lead.

Come back and click 'I'm done'
Return to the Agent Lead Exchange dialog and click 'I finished setup in Zapier'. We'll mark you as waiting for your first lead and flip to Connected the moment one lands.

Connected
Your first real Facebook lead arrives, we flip you to Connected, and the lead shows up in your dashboard with routing applied — usually within 15 minutes of the form submission.
