Platform Credits
When you recommend a service provider in a credit-eligible directory category and they become a paying advertiser, your account may earn non-cash platform credits that reduce eligible Agent Lead Exchange charges — such as Lead Engine or Agent Pro. Settlement-service categories (mortgage, title, closing, escrow, appraisal, survey, and home warranty) are directory-only: recommendations are welcome, but no credit or other thing of value is ever issued for them.
Important compliance note: Credits are not cash. They can only be applied toward eligible Agent Lead Exchange charges, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, expire 90 days after they become available, and are forfeited if your subscription ends or your account is removed.
