Agent Pro to participate. Free to browse.

Browsing is free — see the platform without a card. Participating (creating or joining a Private Pool, submitting or accepting leads) requires Agent Pro at $24.95/mo with a card on file. Pool Owners can sponsor member seats. Every closed referral carries a locked 20% fee — receiving agent keeps 80%, platform takes 0%.

How every closed referral splits
Receiving agent
80%

The agent who works the deal and gets it to close. Rolls up to 100% when no referring agent is attached.

Referring agent
20%

The agent who sourced and passed along the lead. When there isn't one, this slice rolls back to the receiving agent.

Example: a $10,000 referral fee

  • Receiving agent takes home $8,000
  • Referring agent takes home $2,000
  • Platform share $0 (funded by subscription)
Platform access — subscription

Agent Pro is $24.95/mo. It covers posting and claiming leads, ReferralProof™ audits, disbursement packets, and admin support. The platform takes 0% of commission, so every dollar of the 20% referral fee stays with the agents on the deal.

A launch promo code is applied automatically at checkout and brings the amount due to $0. A card on file is still required to participate. You'll be notified in your daily digest and in-app before the promo ends and billing begins, and you can cancel at any time.
