Master Referral Agreement

Locked commission structure · 20% total referral fee

The receiving agent always keeps 80% of GCI. The other 20% goes to the referring agent (or rolls back to the receiving agent when there isn't one). Platform takes 0%.

Referral and receiving-agent compensation is paid directly by the receiving broker, brokerage accounting, or title / closing company from the receiving-side GCI at closing. Agent Lead Exchange never holds agent funds; platform access is a separate subscription.

Referring agent
20%

Paid directly by the receiving broker / brokerage / title company at closing.

Platform share
0%

Platform takes 0% of commission. Access is funded by subscription.

These percentages are fixed for every referral on the platform and cannot be edited per deal. The receiving agent's 80% is never diluted.

CDA optionality. A Commission Disbursement Authorization (CDA) is provided when the title / closing company requires one. Lack of a signed CDA — or lack of any broker signature — does not negate or delay any party's obligation to pay the referring party and the platform per the executed Referral Agreement.
