Start a lead business that pays for itself
Generate leads in your market with Lead Engine. Recommend the local professionals you already trust into the directory. The credits that come back cover what the platform costs you — so the business carries its own overhead instead of you carrying it.
And the platform takes 0% of your referral fees.
Open to every member. Credits are non-cash platform credits, applied against what you pay Agent Lead Exchange.
Generate leads inside the platform
Lead Engine is the lead generation built into Agent Lead Exchange. You run campaigns in your market and the leads land here, in your pipeline — not in a third-party funnel you have to babysit.
Campaigns, intake, routing, and follow-up all run inside Agent Lead Exchange. Lead Engine is only usable within the platform — that is what keeps every lead attributable and every handoff enforceable.
Work a lead yourself and the full commission is yours. Hand one to another agent under a signed agreement and you collect the 20% referral fee when it closes.
The platform takes 0% either way — no split, no per-lead fee.
Your leads, your relationships, your pipeline. The platform is the rails and the paperwork; the business is yours.
Advertising pays your platform bill
You already know the contractors, roofers, inspectors, stagers and movers in your market. Recommend the ones you would vouch for, and what they pay comes back to you.
When one becomes a paying advertiser in a credit-eligible category, the large majority of that advertiser's revenue comes back to you as platform credits, month after month while they advertise.
Credits are applied against your Agent Lead Exchange charges — your membership and Lead Engine. Bring in enough advertisers and the platform side of your business essentially carries itself.
Credits are non-cash platform credits. They cannot be applied to outside advertising spend, and they are never paid out as money.
Once a market covers its own platform costs, your budget is free for the next one. There is no limit on how many markets a member can open, anywhere in the United States they are licensed to work.
How far this goes is a question of your own motivation, not a ceiling we set.
How the loop works
Four moves that feed each other. Nothing here replaces your referral income — this is what makes running it affordable.
Step 01
Run leads
You pay for lead generation in your market.
Step 02
Close referrals
Deals you take or send out pay referral fees.
Step 03
Bring advertisers
Local providers you recommend become credits.
Step 04
Invite agents
Members who join on your link keep crediting.
Each loop lowers what the platform costs you, which is what makes opening the next area realistic.
Then it repeats. An area that pays for itself frees up the budget to open another one. Every new area brings its own local providers and its own agents, which feeds the same loop again.
Bring other agents, get paid twice over
Optional, and stacked on top of everything above. Every member has a personal, traceable invite link.
When an agent joins on your link, you earn 10% of what they pay Agent Lead Exchange — their membership and their add-ons — as platform credits, for as long as they stay.
Attribution is link-only and locks at signup. There is no manual claiming after the fact, and you cannot attribute yourself.
You want good agents on the network anyway — they are who you hand your generated leads to. So each one you bring in is both a destination for your leads and a credit source that lowers your own platform bill.
Referral commissions are never shared. That money stays with the agents who earned it.
What the numbers actually are
The parts worth reading twice before you decide.
Referral income: 20 / 80, platform 0%
On a handoff, the referring side takes 20% and the receiving agent keeps 80%, written into the agreement both sides sign. Work the lead yourself and the full commission is yours. The platform takes nothing from either.
You don't need Lead Engine to participate
An agent who only takes referrals in can still recommend advertisers and invite members, and still earns credits for it. Members without lead generation tools have a lower monthly ceiling, because their credits only need to cover a membership. Anyone can ask for a higher one.
Credits reduce what you pay us
Credits are applied against eligible Agent Lead Exchange charges — your membership and your lead generation tools. That's the point: the platform starts costing you less.
Credits are not money
They are non-cash platform credits — not commissions, referral fees, or compensation — with no cash value at any time. They are held briefly before they mature, and they stop if the underlying revenue is refunded or the member leaves.
Credit-eligible categories
Most trade and home-service categories are credit-eligible. Settlement-service categories — mortgage lenders, title companies, escrow and closing, appraisers, surveyors, real estate attorneys and home warranty — are directory-only: you can still recommend those providers, but no credit or other thing of value is issued for them. That line exists on purpose, and we don't move it.
Important compliance note: Credits are not cash. They can only be applied toward eligible Agent Lead Exchange charges, cannot be transferred or withdrawn, expire 90 days after they become available, and are forfeited if your subscription ends or your account is removed.
